inconsistent serviceunclean bathroom
i found the service oddly inconsistent . sometimes i received prompt assistance, but on other occasions, simple requests seemed to get lost or forgotten. my room wasn't as clean as i expected (i found a few hairs in the bathroom, annoying). this inconsistency detracts from what should be a seamless experience at this price point. it reminded me of things were not well managed.

i found the water pressure in the shower was poor.

Lakxita at the front desk impressed me. She took care of urgent packages before my arrival. She made sure they were ready in my room when I arrived. Mohamed from the Concierge packed all my needed items precisely. He ensured my car was ready when I needed it.
I noticed some requests took longer than expected. There was a lack of proactive support from some staff.
